You are looking at two vintage Stryker cast cutting power tools. One is a model 838 and the other is a model 8126. Both are not working but do power on. One has an original two prong plug and the other has a three-prong plug. The 838 model comes with the three prong plug and a cast cutting disc and the 8126 comes with the two prong plug and no attached parts.
